CAULIFLOWER CHEESE PIE

This delicious, meatless dish is full of flavor and was easy to make. It does take
some time to cook the cauliflower first and then bake the whole pie so you have
to plan ahead, but I think it's worth it. The crust reminds me of crispy hashbrowns
and I love the cheesy flavor over cauliflower.

Yes, it is very good and good for you! The potato crust is something I will be using for other dishes since it as so good.
