I have been having fun with the newest vintage head

There are several very unique models that I thought
you all might like to take a peek at.

Which one is your favorite???

Those are cool, so much like vintage Barbies. I like the Jackie vase and the girl with the glasses is so cute.

I do remember these coming to my house. My dad sent my mom lots of flowers and plants. I remember the bride and the Santa. He sent my sister the one with the glasses. Those were good days:<)
I don't have a favorite- they all bring back memories!

That is one of my favorite things about these vases--the memories people have surrounding them. They were made as disposable items, use once and throw them away, but the artisan quality of them appeals to people because we live in such a "plastic' society.

I LOVE the one with the glasses and the lady with the green barrette(sp?) is so charming. They really are lovely.

Too hard to choose. I quite like the one with the yellow coat as she looks so down-to-earth.

Nobody picked the Pearlies? That's funny--they are usually the favorites among collectors for their glamour so their price is the highest.

I choose "Jackie" (though I think she looks like a beautiful greek or italian girl kissed with the beauty that comes from living in the shadow of an olive tree) or the cutie in the green beret. Open eyes are a must for my favorite picks. Cute!

Oh I am a sucker for a cute girl in glasses! I haven't ever asked you how big these vases are. How do you display them in your home? I am going to miss our bookcases when we move. I am sure that Randy will come up with a great idea to squeeze some display space in somewhere at the new house :0)Have a wonderful week!

Debbie--There are lots of collectors that only buy open eyed girls!

Mary--Most of these vases are 5-6 inches tall. There were minis made that are 3 1/2" tall and there were a handful that were up to 11" tall. I keep mine in 2 different curios and also stored in containers. Right now they are all over because I am still trying to get the new collection listed for sale in my shop.
