STANDS WITH A FIST

So my almost 17 year old daughter started Tae Kwon Do this winter. Partly to get in
shape, partly to learn how to defend herself. There is a master black belt in town that
teaches classes (he's also the physical therapist) She recently completed the first course
and took her form test last week to move up to a yellow belt. The master (teacher) said
he's never taught a class where nobody made a mistake in their form like the pupils in
this class.

Don't mess with me or you're goin' down baby!

Very scary. I think it's great for girls to learn self-defense.
