For those of you wondering where to get liquid Vitamin D--your health food store is the best bet. Just be sure to look for the "best by" date on the bottom of the bottle and make sure the bottle is brown colored glass.
its not a huge secret its just that they are finally acknowledgeing that we need it in our bodies... they (government is slow) to redefine their standards and to admit they have been wrong or at the very least ill informed all these years.
Laura--AGREED! This made me wonder what would happen in nursing homes if they just purchased Vitamin D in bulk and added it to everybody's scheduled pill taking. I would be willing to bet there would be some miraculous recoveries!
