The name is misleading--The Lemonade Diet is not actually a diet just for weight loss, which
is usually what people think. It is an excellent way to cleanse your body, lose a bit of weight,
clear an infection from your system or even to sleep better. If you have a cold that you just
can't get rid of, instead of taking antibiotics again, why not give this a try? It's all natural,
inexpensive and believe it or not actually tastes good! Yes, it takes some will power in the
beginning, especially if you are the primary cook in your family. I realized after just the
second day on this that not only was I not hungry, I had a lot of energy. Oh, and your
tongue will become coated with some stuff that you will not be able to believe came from
inside your own body!

I have used this several times when I just felt sluggish and I even made a batch for my
neighbor that was battling cancer and couldn't eat because of the effects of chemotherapy.
I highly recommend this to anyone that is sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have
never stayed on it for more than 4 days at a time and it still made me feel so much better.
I intend to stay on it for 10 days here shortly--kind of a spring cleaning if you will.

One way to kind of baby step into trying this cleanse is to drink it in the mornings instead
of your usual coffee. Make it nice and warm and give yourself enough time to sip and enjoy
it. I'll bet you will be surprised at how much better you feel in a short period of time from
ridding yourself of the caffeine habit and fortifying your body with the nutrients it needs
to get going in the morning.

This cleansing fast has been around a long time and has been proven time and again to
be a wonderful way to give your body a much needed rest from the toxins it is subjected
to everyday.

I highly recommend getting the booklet outlining this diet before beginning and if you
have health issues that are serious you should talk to your doctor before using this diet.

lots of information about the book too. It's just a thin little yellow book but it is packed with
some eye-opening information that you may not have heard before about maintaining your
health in this day and age of additives, genetically altered food, pre-packaged non foods, etc.

To cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system.
To purify the glands and cells throughout the entire body.
To eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles.
